Shawn Hunt’s paintings ‘explode with fluid edginess’
Stellar Heiltsuk artist Shawn Hunt has shown his edgy art, including sculpture, paintings, and carvings, around the world. Thanks to a 2017 collaboration with Microsoft Vancouver, his Transformer Mask of a raven reveals the magic that can happen when you combine modern technology with traditional and mythic Heiltsuk forms.
