Short readings at 2nd Annual Art & Words Festival

I’m pleased to be appearing again at the Annual Art & Words Festival. I’ll be sharing the poem I wrote inspired by local photographer Karen Morgenstern. Her image appears on this year’s festival T-shirts and I love it. Come out and hear dozens of writers read and discuss their collaborative team work with a local artist. All the original works will be on display. Event takes place in the atrium at the Gibsons Public Market in Gibsons, BC, Aug. 10 – 13. Karen and I will be presenting at about 2:15 pm on Aug. 10 and at around 10:45 am on Aug. 12 (all times are approximate). On Aug. 12, I’ll also be providing a five-minute read from my memoir No Letter in Your Pocket.
